Questions
Is my number safe?
It depends on how you connect. The quick link keeps your current number and takes about two minutes with a QR code, but it is unofficial: WhatsApp may block a number linked this way, so it suits a number you could replace.
For an important number, choose the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta's Cloud API): it is the safest choice.
Either way, the bot protects your number's reputation: it only replies, never messages anyone first except reminders of appointments it booked, never sends bulk messages, and stops itself if a chat turns into a loop.
Where is my data, and who sees it?
Each business's data is separate and private, and AI keys are stored encrypted and never shown. You and your team see your conversations in the dashboard.
Every message that arrives is saved before it is answered, and if the server restarts the bot answers whatever was left.
Which languages does it speak?
Your customer's: Saudi and Gulf dialects, Modern Standard Arabic, English, and any other language the customer writes in. It waits until they've finished typing, then answers all their messages at once.
How long is the setup?
Linking WhatsApp with the quick link takes about two minutes, but it is unofficial: WhatsApp may block a number linked this way. The bot then learns your business from your website, files and notes; you review and approve its facts and rules and try it in a test chat.
In test mode it answers only your test numbers, until you press Go live.
What happens at the reply limit?
Each plan has a clear number of replies a month. At the limit, the customer gets one polite message and you see it on your dashboard, so costs never run away.
Can my team still answer?
Yes. Your team can reply from the dashboard at any time. When a customer asks for a person, is upset, or needs something the bot can't answer, the bot steps back in that chat and your staff get a WhatsApp notification.
When someone from your business replies from their own phone, the bot also steps back in that chat for two hours.
Do I need an AI account?
No. The AI is included in the price: you need no AI account or key.
Do my clients see Meedawi Bot's name?
No. They see your name, logo and colours on the dashboard, the sign-in page and your public page.
Who pays for the AI?
Your agency pays its AI provider directly, or you set a plan where the client brings its own key. The prices you charge your clients are yours to set.
