No. They see your name, logo and colours on the dashboard, the sign-in page and your public page.
Who pays for the AI?
Your agency pays its AI provider directly, or you set a plan where the client brings its own key. The prices you charge your clients are yours to set.
How do I collect my clients' subscriptions?
Yourself, in whatever way suits you. There is no payment gateway; you manage your clients' end dates and plans from your console.
How long does a client's bot take to set up?
About 1 to 2 hours per bot: importing the knowledge, opening hours, calendars and a test. Official numbers add Meta's own review, usually 1 to 5 working days.
What if I need more bots?
